This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information about how we collect, store, and protect your personal data, including cookies.

Who processes your data?

The administrator of personal data provided by the User in the registration form is the website operator, Nano P.S.A., with its registered office in Białystok (15-540) at ul. Żurawia 71, KRS 0001117325, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.”

Nano P.S.A., as the administrator of the personal data of Service Users, collects and processes the personal data of Service Users in accordance with the principles resulting from the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, i.e.:

- minimization of personal data and limitation of the purpose of processing

- processing of data in accordance with the law, fairly and in a transparent manner

- integrity and confidentiality of personal data being processed

- limiting the time of data processing and storage to the minimum necessary

Type of data and purpose of processing

Personal data provided to the Administrator when registering an Account on the Website or while using the Website is processed for the following purposes:

a) provision of services by the Administrator via the Website (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – for the duration of the contract and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims,

b) fulfilling the Administrator's accounting obligations arising from the provision of paid services to you – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – until the expiry of the obligations arising from legal provisions,

c) contacting you to provide information or consider a complaint – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data,

d) sending marketing information (with your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) – until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data,

e) pursuing claims or defending against claims arising from the concluded contract or from the processing of personal data – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – for the duration of the contract and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims,

f) fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - until the expiry of the obligations,

g) ensuring the security and functioning of the Website - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - until the expiry or termination of the contract or the lodging of an objection.

Who do we share your data with?

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies, including, for example, the US, in order to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. Access to data, on the basis of relevant agreements, may also be granted to entities providing ICT solutions, and the data may also be made available to entities providing postal and courier services, legal, accounting, and auditing services.

Your rights

In cases and under the terms specified in the provisions on personal data protection, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to the processing of personal data based on the legal basis of the controller's legitimate requirements, and transfer personal data.



You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority indicated in the currently applicable law regulating the rules for the protection of personal data - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide the personal data indicated in the registration form necessary to create an Account on the Website will result in the inability to conclude a contract for the provision of Services consisting in the use of the Nano Application.



Your consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time, but the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

Data processing period

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the agreements concluded by the User with the Administrator, and after their completion, for the time necessary to demonstrate the correct performance of the Administrator's obligations towards the User. This period corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed for the duration of such activities by the Service Provider or until the User objects to the further processing of personal data for marketing purposes or revokes their consent to receive marketing information.

Security of your data

The administrator does not process your personal data in an automated manner that could result in automated decision-making, including decisions based on profiling. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.



In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We monitor their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community law acts, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 2016.119.1 of 04.05.2016), referred to as the GDPR.



The login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for use on the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.



The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them is the Website Operator.
